Miso Cod

I’m never sure whether fish counts as meat free but I’m saying it is. This one is dead simple to make and really quick too!

  • 150g Cod Steak
  • 1 Itsu Miso Easy Sachet
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Nest of Noodles
  • Cavolo Nero Leaves

Heat your oven to 200c and then in a bowl mix together the soy and miso.  Grease a baking pan and put the cod on it skin side down.  Brush the miso and soy mixture over the fish and bake for 15 minutes in the oven.  As the fish cooks boil the noodles, just before they are done add the cavolo nero and wilt the leaves. Serve with the fish on top of the raisins.
