I always find it hard to make fun things with sweetcorn. So this is my latest attempt at a jazzy sweetcorn side.
- 1 Pork Chop
- 1 tsp All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 Small Tin Sweetcorn
- 1 Red Chilli
- 2 Spring Onion
Heat the oven to 200c then, season the pork chop with the all-purpose seasoning and leave to one side. Finely chop the chilli and spring onion then, drain the corn. In a hot pan, fry the pork on either side for 2 minutes then transfer to a baking tray and roast for 10-12 minutes.
In the same pan used for the pork stir fry the corn, chilli and onions. Just before serving add a little knob of butter and stir through.
