Portly Cooks | Harissa Eggs

  • 2 eggs
  • 50g Butter
  • 2 tsp Harissa Paste
  • Chives for garnish

Fry the eggs in the butter until your preferred doneness, spoon over the harissa and top with the chopped chives once served.
