Portly Cooks | Oat Milk

  • 50g Oats
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 300ml Water + extra for soaking

Put oats in a bowl, cover with water, cover the bowl and soak overnight. Drain, put in blender with 300ml water. Blend for 4 minutes, strain and use like regular milk.
