Portly Cooks | Sundubu Ramen

  • 1 Nest Noodles
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Golden Syrup
  • 1 Bowl Veg Stock
  • Half Pack of Silken Tofu
  • 1 Egg Yolk


Mix the gochujang, garlic powder and syrup into the stock and bring to a simmer. Cook the noodles in the stock for 2 minutes, add the tofu and simmer for another 2 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl and top with the egg and some spring onion
