Serves 4
- 4 Pork Chops
- 1 Head White Cabbage
- 1 Red Onion
- Oil
Thinly slice the cabbage and the red onion, give it a mix together and put into a roasting tin. Lay the pork chops on top and cook in a 180c oven for 30-40 minutes, turning the chops halfway through.
