  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 75g Butter

Breakfast needs to be simple and this definitely is, in one pan poach you eggs to how you like them. In the other heat the butter with the paprika and pepper flakes, give it a swirl now and then to avoid it burning.  Spoon the yoghurt onto the plate, top with the eggs and pour over the flavoured butter.
