This is a super cheat meal but tasty too!
- 50g Red Lentils
- ½ Sachet Taco Seasoning
- 150ml Water
- 1 Vegetable Oxo
- Taco Shells
It doesn’t get simpler, put lentils and the seasoning into a pan with a lid. Boil the water and dissolve the veg cube, pour the water into the pan, bring back to the boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes with the lid on, until the lentils are tender. Spoon them into the taco shells and top with cheese and salad.
