Perfect for a cup of coffee or tea!

  • 200g Almond Flour
  • 200g Caster Sugar
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • Half tsp Lemon Juice
  • Half tsp Pistachio Extract

Mix almond flour and caster sugar, in a separate bowl whip the egg whites, extract and lemon juice until soft peaks. Fold egg mix into almond flour and sugar. Roll dough into balls and bake at 140c for 20 minutes.
