Serves 2
- 250g Beef Mince
- 1 White Onion
- 200ml Passata
- 1 tin Adzuki Beans
- 1 Beef Oxo Cube
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 tsp Tabasco Sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Dice the onion and fry off with the beef. Mix in the spices and oxo and then add the passata, tabasco and Worcestershire sauce, cook for about 5 minutes stirring well and transfer to a slow cooker and leave it to do its thing (4-6 hours on low). Simple as that.
