Hot, spicy, flavourful and hearty, what else could you want?
- 150g Beef Mince
- 1 Pack Silken Tofu
- 6 Spring Onions
- 2 tbsp Spicy Bean Sauce
- 125ml Chicken Stock (Made with cube)
- 10ml Soy Sauce
- 10ml Shaoxing Rice Wine
- 1 tsp Sugar
Brown off the mince, while that cooks thinly slice the onions, add the white parts to the beef.
Mix together the bean sauce, stock, soy, shaoxing and sugar add to the beef and reduce until thickened. Before cut the tofu into cubes, stir through and plate up topped with the green part of the onions.
