Portly Cooks | Eggs on toast

Here’s of one of my favourite quick breakfasts. It’s not exactly rocket science but it is tasty!

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Slice Granary Bread
  • 20ml Franks Red Hot Wings Sauce

As I said it isn’t rocket science, toast the bread and poach the eggs in some boiling water. I use a frying pan to poach my eggs it helps to keep them… egg shaped. Once the eggs are done, stick them on the toast and drizzle over the hot sauce.

    Maybe not rocket science, but there is definitely an art to a perfectly cooked egg. Looks yummy!
