This dish is a popular staple on most Thai restaurant menus and it’s unbelievably easy to make, it gets its name as it’s something tastey to stuff in your face when drunk… apparently.
- Pork Belly (or whatever you like)
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 20ml Soy Sauce
- 20ml Honey#
- Rice Noodles
- 2 Cloves Garlic (crushed)
- 1 Red chilli (diced)
- White onion (sliced)
Rehydrate the noodles in some boiling water and leave to one side. Then, in a bowl mix the oyster sauce, soy sauce and honey together. Cut the meat (or whatever you’re using) into small pieces and brown in a large pan. Add the garlic and chilli followed by the onion. Stir fry for a couple of minutes; make sure you keep it all moving. Finally add the noodles and the sauce, stir well to make sure everything is nicely coated.
