Portly Cooks | Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

For when you have nothing in the cupboard and have no idea what to have for dinner, this Italian classic can save you!

  • 100g Spaghetti
  • 1 Red Chilli
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Fresh Parsley

Cook the pasta, while the pasta cooks, finely chop the chilli and parsley. In another pan heat the oil and crush the garlic into the oil. Lightly fry and then add the chilli and some of the pasta cooking water cook for another couple if minutes. Once the pasta is done, drain and add to the pan with the oil top with the parsley and give it good stir.
