
Slow food doesn’t get simpler than this…
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- Rack of Pork ribs
- BBQ Sauce
Mix together rub ingredients and then massage the rub into the meat and leave in the fridge overnight, slow cook the pork ribs in the oven at 80c or in a slow cooker for 12 hours. Spread BBQ sauce over the cooked ribs and enjoy! See dead simple.
