Portly Cooks | Samphire and Spaghetti in Garlic Cream Cheese Sauce

I saw this on TV the other day, it’s supposed to have Agretti in it but in place of that i’ve used Samphire and I didn’t have any Gorgonzola either so…

  • 90g Spaghetti
  • 60g Samphire
  • Half pack of Garlic and Herb Cheese Roll
  • 25ml Double Cream
  • 20ml White Wine

Boil the pasta and samphire together for 9 minutes. In a large pan, melt the cheese and mix with the cream and wine. Reduce the sauce while the pasta cooks. Once the pasta is done drain and coat in the sauce. Easy!
