
Gochujang is a great thing to have in the fridge, this was a spur of the moment dish that turned out pretty well!
- 3 Pork Belly Slices
- 1 tbsp Gochujang Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Puree
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
Cut the pork belly slices in half and leave to one side. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and along with the pork, chuck them into a freezer bag and leave to marinade in the fridge for at least half an hour or longer if you have the time. Toc ook place the pork slices on a wire rack on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 25 minutes at 200c.
