Portly Cooks | Stilton Sea Bream

Stilton Sea Bream

Keeping it simple is the name of the game with this one. You can use any cheese you like or leave it off if the thought of cheese and fish doesn’t sound all that great to you. Stilton works nicely as it seasons the fish as it cooks!

  • 2 Sea Bream Fillets
  • 2 Slices of Stilton (cheese of your choice)
  • 150g Asparagus Tips
  • Drizzle of oil

In a 200c oven roast the asparagus for 10 minutes. Then, start the bream off in a frying pan, cook for around 4 minutes skin side down, before transferring to a baking sheet. Top the fish with the cheese and bake in the oven till melted. Once it’s all done, serve!
