I’m not always a massive fan of salmon, I will eat it forever as sashimi but when it’s cooked I have to have things to disguise the taste a little bit. Of course you can use any cheese you like or even leave it out altogether.
- 250g Salmon (skinless)
- 1 packet Ready Rolled Puff Pastry
- Handful of Rocket
- 3-4 slices of Stilton
- 1 Egg (beaten)
Take the pastry out of the packet and roll it out flat. Slice the salmon into long strips roughly a fingers width across. Lay the salmon across the pastry and top with some of the rocket and crumble some of the cheese over too. Roll the pastry over to create a roll, seal and slice the roll from the rest of the pastry. Repeat until you run out of Salmon or pastry. Finally brush with the egg and on a baking tray, cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180c.
