This one looks more fancy than it actually is and its really quite simple too!
- 250g Lamb Mince (use beef if you like)
- 1 tsp Harissa Spice Powder/1 tsp Harissa Paste
- 1 cup Bulgur Wheat
- 1 Chicken Oxo Cube
- 50g Feta
- Pomegranate Seeds (optional)
Cook the bulgur wheat in 2 cups of water, crumble in the oxo and bring to the boil, once boiling, turn down to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
Next, in a heavy bottomed pan, cook the lamb mince until nicely brown. About half way through add the harissa and stir well. Turn the heat down and leave to cook while the bulgur wheat finishes.
When the bulgur is cooked, stir into the lamb mince and plate up. Crumble the feta over the top and sprinkle over the pomegranate seeds if you’re using them
