People are sometimes worried about cooking fish; this one is super simple and has a lovely breadcrumb crust too!

  • 2 Sea Bream Fillets
  • 2 Slices Bread
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Mixed Herbs

In a food processor or mini blender, whizz the bread into breadcrumbs.  Add the garlic powder and mixed herbs to the breadcrumbs and give it another whizz. Heat the oven to 180c.

Next, pat the fish dry and oil a baking sheet. Place the fish skin side down on the baking sheet and then cover with the breadcrumb mixture.  Bake the fish in the oven for about 15 minutes or until the breadcrumbs turn golden brown.
