Baking is quite therapeutic although I do class it as more of a science than regular cooking. This recipe always has a good result and its dead simple too. Add whatever flavours you like and you’ve got yourself something sweet to have with your coffee.
Base Recipe – Makes about 6 muffins
- 4oz Self Raising Flour
- 4oz Caster Sugar
- 4oz Butter/Stork
- 2 Eggs
For the different flavours add
- 1 tbsp Matcha Powder + 100g White Chocolate Chips
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder + 100g Milk Chocolate Chips
- 150g Blueberries
- 100g Dark Chocolate Chips
This one is simple really measure out all the base ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix together with an electric whisk. Once incorporate into a batter add a flavour of your choice and fold in using a wooden spoon or spatula. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until risen and golden brown. Grab a coffee and enjoy!
