This is not the prettiest looking thing in the world but its super tasty and dead easy to make!
- 150g Monkfish (you can use any white fish you like though)
- 1 nest of Egg Noodles
- 10ml Sake
- 10ml Mirin
- 10ml Soy Sauce
- ½ Garlic Powder
- 10ml Honey
- Handful of Spinach
- Baking Paper
Boil the kettle and re-hydrate the noodles. Once the noodles are soft drain them from the water. Put the spinach onto the middle of the baking paper, then add the noodles and the fish on top of that. Mix together the other ingredients. Make a parcel around the noodles and fish and pour over the sake and soy mixture. Close the parcel and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180c.
