Storecupboard Marinade Pork Chop

Here’s a nice marinade to use some of those store cupboard ingredients and make your pork or chicken a little more interesting.

  • Pork Chop/Chicken
  • 25ml Worcestershire Sauce
  • 25ml Olive Oil
  • 1 Clove crushed Garlic
  • ½ tsp Mixed Herbs
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp English Mustard (Coleman’s)

Mix all the marinade ingredients together than add the mix and chicken/pork to a freezer bag. Give it a good squidge around so that all the meat is coated and leave to marinade for at least an hour or overnight, which you have the time for.

Once it’s marinated put the meat on a wire rack and roast in the oven at 200c for 15-20 minutes. It will catch around the sides but this is just extra flavour!
