Sea Bream is a fabulous fish, it can take a whole load of flavours and this one is particularly fun.
- 1 Sea Bream Fillet
- 50g Samphire
- 25ml Olive Oil
- 1 Clove Garlic (Crushed)
- 1 tsp Zaatar
- 1 tsp Capers
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
Boil the kettle and then heat a little oil in a frying pan. Pat the bream dry and fry on either side for about 3 or until crispy. While the bream cooks, zap the samphire in some hot water in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Next, mix the lemon, olive oil, garlic and capers together. Use a little of the oil to mix with the zaatar. When the bream is nearly done, brush the zaatar onto the fish. Serve and drizzle over the dressing.
