Here’s some slow food for you. It’s really worth it trust me!
- 4 Pork Belly Slices
- 50ml Sake
- 50ml Soy Sauce
- 50ml Mirin
- 1 tbsp Honey
This is a super easy one. Lay the pork in your slow cooker. Mix together the other ingredients and pour those over the pork. Add water to the slow cooker until the pork is just covered. Place the lid on the pork and cook on high for 3-4 hours, or on low until you come home from work!
Serve with some steamed rice.
