If you are trying to save yourself some time, get yourself a slow cooker and chuck all the ingredients in as you wait for the coffee machine to give you your morning brew. I used a pork chop for mine but this works with anything you fancy.
- Pork Chop/Lamb Chop/Chicken Thighs
- 1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 Tin Butterbeans
- 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
- 2 tsp Harissa Seasoning
There isn’t much to say really… open the tins, drain the beans. Add both tins to the slow cooker long with the garlic and harissa seasoning. Stir all of it together, add the pork chop or whichever meat you are using. Stick the slow cooker on to low and go about your day. When you come home you’ll have a fab dinner ready and waiting for you.
