Fish Tacos

Sharing food and getting is what this dish is all about… and it’s dead easy too!

  • 300g Cod Fillet
  • Half Red Cabbage
  • Jalapenos
  • Tomatoes
  • Soft Tortilla Wraps
  • 2 tsp All-Purpose Seasoning

This could not be simpler. Heat your oven to 180c. Season the fish with the all-purpose seasoning and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.  While the fish is cooking, thinly slice the cabbage and tomatoes and then arrange everything esle you need for you taco construction (wraps, jalapenos…).  Once the fish is done, flake into a bowl and dive in.
