People say that they haven’t got time to cook properly. Well this one is on the table in 10 minutes (ish) and you don’t need to be all cheffy to make it work either.
- 200g Beef Mince
- 85g Spaghetti
- 2 Tomatoes
- ½ tsp Ground Garlic
- ½ tsp Dried Basil
Boil the kettle and chop up the tomatoes, leave to one side. Cook the pasta for 7 minutes. Next scrunch up the mince into balls and in a hot pan fry on all sides. Remove the meatballs and leave to rest. In the same pan cook the tomatoes on a low heat with the garlic and basil. Once cooked drain the pasta and add this to the tomatoes. Make sure it is nicely coated, transfer to a plate and top with the meatballs.
