This one is maybe slightly extravagant considering the amount of time it takes but, it would make the perfect starter to wow your friends when they come to yours for dinner.
- 250g Pork Belly Chunk (one per person)
- 1 Large Baking Potato
- Tenderstem to garnish
Fire up your slow cooker and leave it on low. Season the pork and seal on all sides in a frying pan, make sure to crisp the skin layer particularly well. Once done, transfer the pork to the slow cooker and leave all day (about 8 hours).
Just before serving, spiralise the potato and deep fry until golden and crispy. Zap the tenderstem for 2 minutes in the microwave, in a bowl of boiling water. Drain the tenderstem and serve with the pork, topping with the crispy potato.
