Sea Bass is super versatile and goes well with a variety of flavours and seeing as it is that time of year again I thought I should post something at least a little bit healthy.
- 1 Sea Bass fillet
- 2 Leaves Cabbage
- Knob Butter
- 100g Crayfish
- Nutmeg
Lightly oil a pan and then while still cold, add the fish skin side down. Put the pan on a high heat and cook for about 4 minutes before turning and cooking for a further 2 minutes. While the fish cooks, shred the cabbage and microwave in boiling water for 2 minutes.
Finally, once the fish is done, take out and leave to rest. In the same pan fry the crayfish for a minute and then add the butter and nutmeg. Once the butter melts cook for about 1 more minute and then serve.
