Pork chops in thyme and brandy cream sauce, come on what is not to love about that!?
- Pork Chop
- 200ml Double Cream
- 1 Chicken Stock Cube
- 1 Spring Onion
- 1 Shot Brandy
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 200g Button Mushrooms
Season the pork and cook on either side for 2 minutes. Remove from the pan and rest, in the same pan cook the mushrooms and add the onion and other ingredients. Simmer the sauce for about 5 minutes. Return the pork to the pan and reduce again before serving.
