Hot Dogs

Not all food has to be fancy all the time.  Everyone has one of those tins or jars of those hot dogs lurking somewhere in their cupboard. They are what they are and I’m not saying you should eat them every day but they can at least be jazzed up for those nights when you really cannot be bothered.

Serves 4

  • 1 jar Hot Dogs
  • 1 large Red Onion
  • 8 Brioche Hot Dog Buns
  • Knob of butter

Finely slice the onion and fry until translucent and soft in a little oil then add the butter and leave to one side. Cook the hot dogs, put in buns and top with onions.
