I’m a sucker for advertising and literally bought the Tortiglioni for this dish based on an advert I saw when I was feeling rather more peckish than usual.
- 1 cup Tortiglioni
- 20g Parmesan
- 1 spring Onion
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Mixed Herbs
- 50ml Passata
Start off by cooking the pasta, in some boiling salted water cook for about 10 minutes. While the pasta cooks in a saucepan mix together the garlic, herbs and passata. Once the pasta is done mix in the sauce. Top with grated parmesan and thinly sliced spring onion.
