For those who say ‘I haven’t got time to cook…’ this one is for you.
- 85g Spaghetti
- 75ml Passata
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Mixed Herbs
- 20ml Balsamic Vinegar
Boil the kettle, once boiled pour into a large saucepan and add a couple of decent pinches of salt. Boil the pasta for 7 minutes. While the pasta cooks mix the passata with the other ingredients. With 3 minutes left on the pasta, heat a large frying pan.
Add a little oil to the pan and then the passata mixture. Cook for about a minute. Drain the pasta and add that to the sauce. Make sure the pasta is nicely coated. Transfer to a bowl and add some fresh spinach to finish. Dinner ready in 10 minutes.
