Leftover chicken what to do with it? Well this one is a slightly better use for it than consecutive chicken sandwiches.
- 2 Left over Chicken Breasts
- 1 Head of Broccoli (cut into florets)
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Water
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Ginger Powder
- 1 shot Shaoxing Rice Wine
It’s fairly simple, shred the leftover chicken, if you’re cooking the chicken from fresh, cut it into little strips and stir fry. Once cooked or shredded leave to one side. Mix together all of the sauce ingredients and leave to one side.
In a pan of boiling salted water cook the broccoli until just done, drain and leave to one side. In a wok heat some oil a stir fry the chicken. After a few minutes add the broccoli followed by the sauce. Reduce the sauce by a third and then transfer to a bowl, top with sesame seeds and dive in.
