I’ve talked about this dish n here a lot before but… this is the new and improved version, basically its got a couple ingredients. For the rice click here.
- 2x Pork Loin Steaks
- 75ml Shaoxing Rice Wine
- 30ml Soy
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- ½ tsp Ground Ginger
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- 100ml Water
Start by covering the pork steaks in cling film and having at them with a rolling pin. Bash them down so that they are nice and thin. Remove the cling film and cut the pork into thin strips. Leave these to one side.
In a bowl mix the other ingredients together. In a frying pan heat some oil and then add the pork and seal it. Once sealed add the liquid mixture and one a high heat reduce until it becomes a syrup and coats the pork strips.
