Beef and Mangetout Pasta

Sometimes after a long week at work all you want to do is come home, grab something quick for dinner and sink slowly into the sofa. This dish is perfect for that, it takes essentially as long as the pasta takes to cook.

  • 75g Spirali or Penne Pasta
  • 150g Beef Mince
  • 1 Oxo Beef Cube
  • 50g Mangetout

In some salted boiling water cook the pasta. While the pasta cooks brown the beef and once browned, drain of excess fat and add the Oxo. While the beef finishes off thinly slice the mangetout. Drain the pasta and add to the beef, stir well, add the mangetout and stir again. Serve in abowl and dive in!
