What more can you want for dinner than a 5 ingredient quick chicken curry?
- 1 Cooked Chicken Breast
- 1 Pot Tikka Masala Paste (70g)
- 2 Tomatoes
- 3 Spring Onions
- 1 can Coconut Milk
Ridiculously easy, shred the chicken and finely chop the onion and tomato. In a hot wok, fry the onion and tomato for about 2 minutes. Chuck in the chicken with the tikka paste and stir well. Finally add the coconut milk, mix and simmer for 10 minutes. Once its done put in a bowl, grab some naan bread and tuck in!
