You know when you get a craving for certain flavours and things. I had a massive craving for noodles and easy noodles at that. So after popping into the Asian grocery store and coming out with an armful of ramen noodles and 3 litres of Pocari Sweat, I made this for dinner.
- 1 Boneless Chicken Thigh
- 1 pk Mama Chicken Flavour Noodles (90g)
- Boiling water
- Cabbage
- Tenderstem Broccoli
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Togarashi Seasoning
Start off by seasoning the chicken then, lay it skin side down in a cold, dry pan. Turn the heat to full and cook until the skin is crispy about 4 minutes then turn and finish off. While the chicken finishes off, boil the kettle and pour the water over the noodles until just covered.
Leave the noodles to re-hydrate. Once re-hydrated, thinly slice the cabbage and stir into the noodles. Transfer to a bowl and top with the broccoli. Take the chicken from the pan and cut into chunks before adding to the noodles. Finally drizzle over the soy sauce to finish.
