Chicken Skewers

Dead simple skewers for the BBQ. Who doesn’t love stuff on a stick?

  • 1 large Chicken Breast
  • 4 Skewers
  • Pepper
  • Onion
  • 2 tbsp Sun Dried Tomato Pesto
  • ½ tsp All Purpose Seasoning
  • 1 freezer bag

Cut the chicken into bitesized chunks and put it in the freezer bag.  Add the pesto and all purpose seasoning to the bag and massage into the chicken, leave in the bag in the fridge for at least an hour.

Cut some pepper and onion into little squares and once the chicken has marinated, put onto the skewers. Now, you can either cook them on the BBQ or roast in the oven at 220c for about 15 minutes.
