Boneless BBQ Ribs

This one is for when you really cannot be bothered to cook.

  • 3 Belly Pork Slices
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sauce
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ All Purpose Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Mix together the ketchup, brown sauce etc. Put the pork slices into a freezer bag and then add the BBQ sauce. Marinade for at least an hour then roast in the oven at 220c for about 15 minutes or until caramelised.
