I love any kind of Jerky but I had never tried Salmon Jerky until recently. After sampling the packet version I decided I could do a lot better so….
- 200g Skinless Salmon Fillet
- Pinch Salt and Pepper
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 100ml Soy Sauce
Cut the salmon into thin strips and then mix the soy, sugar and salt and pepper together. Marinade the fish in the soy sauce mix for at least an hour then lay it on a wire rack on a baking tray.
Cook the fish overnight in the oven at 80c for 8.5 hours and you’ve got yourself some tasty salmon jerky!
