Chorizo Wings

Wings are one my favourite parts of a chicken and they’re also super cheap, they average about £3 for 12 from the supermarket. Cut them into the flat bit with the two bones and the bit like a mini drumstick, and you got yourself 24 wings!

  • 6 wings cut in half at the joint
  • A thumb sized piece of Chorizo
  • 2 Leaves of Lettuce
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • Green Olives
  • 50g Mangetout
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Spring Onions

Right, heat the oven to 220 and then chop up the chorizo. With a little oil roast the wings and chorizo for about 15-20 minutes.  While the wings do their thing chop up all the green stuff and slice the tomato.  Once the wings and chorizo are done, leave them to rest.

In the same pan roast the pepper, mangetout and spring onions, give them about 5 minutes and then add the tomato and olives and cook for another 5.

Finally put the lettuce on a plate, add the roasted green things and then top with the wings and chorizo.
