I don’t normally like lager, if I do drink it, it’s normally in summer and served ice cold. However, with the new craft beer scene rising steadily in the UK I’ve found Adnams Dry Hopped Lager.
This golden lager has a wonderful (as the name suggests) hoppy flavour using Galaxy Hops. The beer has slight citrus notes on the tongue and I would pair it with white meats like chicken or as I did with a baked pork chop.
You can get this one year round from pretty much everywhere, and it even comes in those 8 pint mini kegs that you can get for parties and bbqs now too!
