Well here is one for when you’ve craving bakery made cookies. This recipe (makes about 15) is pretty rock solid and will give you nicely crispy cookies with a slightly chewy centre… perfect!
- 150g Self Raising Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 100ml Oil
- 110g Light Brown Sugar
- 50g Caster Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 100g Dark Chocolate Chips
It’s not a hard one to make either, heat your oven to 180c and put a sheet of baking paper on a baking sheet. Chuck all of the ingredients in a bowl, except for the chocolate chips. With a wooden spoon mix it all together then add the chocolate chips. Using your hands make little balls of cookie dough and space them a few centimetres apart on the baking sheet as they will spread when cooking. Bake in the oven for 11 minutes and leave to cool before ramming them in your face!
