Sundays are for lazy days and indulging, this one is definitely one to enjoy whilst reading the Sunday papers.
- 100g Rump Steak
- 1 Rasher Bacon
- 1 Egg
- 2 Large Field Mushrooms
- 40g Kale
Cut the mushrooms into small dice and then in a large pan cook for about 3 minutes on a high heat. While the mushrooms cook slice the bacon thinly and add to the pan.
In a bowl of boiling water microwave the kale for 2 minutes and leave to one side. For the steak season well and cook (to your liking) in the same pan as the mushrooms and bacon.
In a small pan, fry the egg Sunnyside up. Finally add the kale to the pan and plate up with the egg on top of the steak, grab a paper and enjoy!
