Sweet and Sour Chicken is a classic take-out dish, it’s super easy to make at home too!
- 1 Chicken Breast
- 20ml Honey
- 20ml White Wine Vinegar
- 15ml Soy Sauce
- 40ml Ketchup
- 1 nest Wholegrain Noodles
- ½ Red Bell Pepper
- 2 leaves Savoy Cabbage
Cut the chicken into strips and stir fry in a hot wok until beginning to go golden. While the chicken cooks, thinly slice the cabbage and the pepper. In a small saucepan combine the vinegar, ketchup and honey over a low heat, once mixed add the soy and leave to one side.
Add the pepper and cabbage to the wok and cook until tender. In the microwave zap the noodles in a bowl of hot water for 2 minutes. Drain the noodles and add to the pan along with the sauce. Male sure everything is coated well and serve!
