Turkey mince is not something I buy regularly but I wanted to experiment. This one to be fair is not all that ground breaking but I wanted to start off safe.
- 200g Turkey Mince
- 75g Macaroni
- 100g Courgette
- 100g Mushrooms
- 1 Beef Oxo Cube
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
Start off by boiling some water and heating both the pasta pan and a wok or heavy bottomed pan. Add the boiling water to the pan and cook the pasta until al dente. Finely dice the mushroom and courgette.
Fry the turkey mince in the pan and then add the courgette and mushroom. Add the garlic and season, crumble in the Oxo and then add the macaroni along with some of the pasta water. Stir well, transfer to a bowl and grab a fork.
