Pork and Teriyaki Noodles

Some nights you want something that’s easy and quick. This one is one of my go to dishes for simple contentment after a busy day.

  • 1 Pork Chop
  • 1 Nest Noodles
  • 25ml Soy Sauce
  • 15ml Honey
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder

This one is dead easy, heat the oven to 220c. Season the chop and then on a baking tray cook for about 15 minutes then leave to rest.  Put the noodles in a bowl of boiling water and zap in the microwave for a minute and then drain.

In a small bowl microwave the honey for about 30 seconds then add the soy and garlic and stir well. In a hot wok and a little oil stir fry the noodles and coat in the soy and honey mixture. Serve on a plate side by side and enjoy!
